>> July 18, 2010 Sunday, Annual Concert Gethsemane Lutheran Church
The performance time is at about noon. Please arrive one-half hour early.
Bring your stand, music, and plastic or clothes pins.
Lunch will be provided for band members.
>> Note - Summer dress code for this performance:
khaki pants, white shirts (short sleeve OK), no ties.

corner of Cornell and Exeter, Gladstone, Oregon
Equipment may be unloaded on Exeter, but there is no parking allowed.
Down beat is at 1:30 PM. Please arrive one-half hour early.

-- Directions from I-205, take Gladstone exit, turn North on Oatfield,
in two blocks turn left (West) on Exeter. Park is in 3 blocks.
-- Directions from 99E (McLoughlin), turn east on Exeter (between
Glouchester and Dartmouth). Park is on the left in 7 blocks.

>> Regular Rehearsals -- Monday evenings 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 11560 SE Market St, Portland OR (near 117th and Market) Map
Rehearsals will be Monday evenings as normal unless noted below.
When the church is unavailable on Monday, rehearsal will be moved
to the previousFriday evening.

July 26, 2010 - Monday Rehearsal as usual.
August 2, 2010 - Monday Rehearsal as usual.
August 9, 2010 - Monday Rehearsal and music turn-in.
If you are unable to attend, send your music with someone
or turn it in on August 8th.
August 16 thru September 7, 2010 Summer break - no rehearsals
September 13, 2010 - Monday Rehearsals resume as usual.
